Open up any doctument and see if it opens properly and you can type and save as intended.

Go onto the settings and check that everything is okay with the default folder

desktop shortcuts go to the right place

Right click your mouse on the desktop then click on ‘new’ then ‘shortcut’ then make a short cut
It would work completely fine and you would now then have a shortcut

the correct device drivers are installed

Go onto your folders and go onto the computer down the left hand side and see if the device has been installed.
It should appear on the computer and that means that it is installed properly

Going to the printer and checking that the paper is set for A4
The setting should already be set to A4 size.

I go to the menu options and t shows me that I can do a lot of thigns to my work e.g. save, rename, print
